Looking Out My Window: Prophetic Pondering’s – A Merging of Gates
I sense the Lord saying a number of things about gates. As a result, I’ve been pondering the phrase a merging of gates. One of my favorite Psalms is 24 where the body of Christ is encouraged to “open the gates for the King of Glory to enter in”.
For quite some time He’s also been stirring revelation about His Army Arising. However, the Lord is also stirring a new sound of worship. At the same time He’s shifting the sound of the advancing army currently taking place.
The shifting sound will first and foremost open the gates for the King of Glory to enter in (Psalm 24). This leads to a new sound of worship, combining both worship and warfare. As the new sound of worship falls into place, the Army of the Lord will then flow out of God’s city. The Army will storm the walls of the enemy, plundering the enemies camp. This leads to the presence of God like we’ve never experienced before when He reveals Himself as Yahweh Shammah.
In earlier Prophetic Pondering’s I’ve written about all of these gates.
His unfolding plan before us!
A Merging of Armies
I hear the Lord saying, “I am shifting My people from a Psalm 24 Army to a Joel 2 Army at the same time. Many have been praying and crying out for My people to ‘Awake”. Some have prayed the words of the Psalmist; ‘Awake you sleeping head city, awake you sleepy head people for the King of Glory is about to enter in’.
“Today I say there is a stirring out of ‘slumber’. Even now some of My warriors have awakened and opened the ancient doors and ancient gates welcoming Me in. Some are even now preparing to march out in formation to storm the walls built up by the enemy. The enemies camp will be plundered”.
The Lord is calling out today, “Arise oh Army of the Lord! Welcome Me into the city and into My dwelling place as you prepare to go out and storm the gates of the enemies camp. There is a stirring of preparation when you will indeed take back that which has been stolen”.
Prepare for Yahweh Shammah – God is here! (Ezekiel 48:35)
