For quite some time I’ve had a passion for writing. My first book – A Window of Grace: Wesleyan Insights on Effective Prayer – was released through Light and Life Press in 1997. I’ve also written a number of articles for Light & Life Magazine, as well as Ministry Today. In 2007 my wife and I published Frame by Frame: A Family-Friendly Guide to the Movies. Aside from those published works in book and article form, I currently write a newspaper column entitled Looking Out My Window. This popular column actually started while living in Warkworth, Ontario, Canada in the mid-1990’s. When we moved to Newark, New York it was picked up by a newspaper there.  Now, as we’ve moved back to Ontario, Canada, Looking Out My Window appears in Northumberland Today in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada.

These days I spends a number of hours not only writing for newspaper publication, but also working on other writing projects. I spend a lot of time reading as well. On this site you will find not only the Looking Out My Window column, but you will also find book reviews as well as other thoughts and pondering’s.

Enjoy the read!
